Responsibilities

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
• Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring reputed company and effective communication
• Documenting reputed company reputed company communication across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate records and reports

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment

• Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
