Responsibilities

As a Compliance Data Entry Specialist - Junior, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying Start and Stop times in the PATS system for reputed company Associate reputed company day, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.
• Reviewing reputed company Associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from reputed company, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Keying in indirect time from indirect logs, ensuring accuracy and data reputed company.
• Analyzing and manipulating raw data to generate reports and create assignments in PATS, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Storing raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies.
• Keying in exception and adjustment logs, ensuring reputed company submission and reputed company of issues.
• Ensuring reputed company logs are turned in for reputed company associate reputed company day, reporting any issues to area supervisors and maintaining reputed company communication.
• Monitoring the reputed company return of logs to supervisors for correction, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Training as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

• Assisting in building daily operations through other clerical duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
