As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their potential eligibility for compensation

• Handle a high volume of connections, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation
• Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company to reputed company manage calls
• reputed company or reputed company monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assist with other reputed company as needed
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Requirements:

• Reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - reputed company internet)
• Reliable noise-cancellation headset wired reputed company USB (average price: $20-$30)
• Strong background in call-center environments and sales-reputed company experience
• 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Environment:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern) and Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern)

• Training schedule will be Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern) and Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet and equipment
