The Position

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist II to join our Housing Choice Voucher program. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company reputed company-line information and assistance to customers, both over the phone and in person. You'll also assist with general office functions, including filing, mail/fax distribution, office supplies, and reputed company duties. Responsibilities

Requirements

* Three years' work experience in general office work or reputed company experience, including at least one year of experience using Word and reputed company

• Use of document imaging software is preferred but not required
• Two years of mail processing or equivalent clerical experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Washington state reputed company's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a housing or reputed company services agency

• Knowledge of housing choice voucher programs and regulations
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
