Key Responsibilities

As a Complaints Team reputed company (CTL) in arenaflex's Customer Advocacy Office, you will be responsible for:

• Managing team case inventory and reporting: reputed company data daily to identify case age and location in process, proactively managing timelines of reputed company inventory and ensuring the overall team's turnaround time on complaint closures.
• Addressing and removing roadblocks: reputed company as a reputed company of contact for leadership on pending cases, coaching and developing reputed company reports, and monitoring performance, including reputed company and regulatory adherence.
• Leading daily stand-reputed company and team meetings: Drive business improvements from identification to implementation in a reasonable timeframe, providing feedback to internal departments and lines of business regarding identified trends.
• Developing and motivating team members: Conduct weekly reputed company-ins, hold team meetings, and partner with other Complaints Team Leads to identify performance trends.
• Ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence: Have a general understanding of applicable laws and regulations, identifying reputed company a case needs to be escalated due to potential compliance and/or legal exposure.

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification: Required.

• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership: Required.
• At least 1 year of experience in escalations: Required.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service: Required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or military experience: Preferred.

• At least 1 year of case experience: Preferred.
• At least 3 years of operations experience: Preferred.
• At least 3 years of using operational data to drive reputed company: Preferred.
• At least 3 years of legal or compliance exposure: Preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience presenting written and verbal communications to senior leadership teams: Preferred.
