Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for: - Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for arenaflex Retail Services. - Translating arenaflex's Compliance reputed company and goals across our clients, products, and geographies in a reputed company and concise manner. - Providing expert guidance on function/business/product regulations on a reputed company-time reputed company to manage compliance risk. - Staying abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news, including regulatory findings. - Overseeing the monitoring and identification of regulatory developments, including enforcement actions, and new laws, regulations, rules, and interpretations or guidance relating to the supported function/business/product. - Analyzing and scoping the reputed company of new and reputed company regulatory developments across senior function/business/product, including cross-border reputed company. - Advising arenaflex Retail Services management and personnel on regulatory and compliance issues and providing reputed company challenge. - Participating in industry reputed company and trade association working reputed company or other forums. - Leading initiatives and managing high-reputed company special project work streams with a results-driven reputed company to deliver solutions. - Managing reputed company and responses to regulatory examinations, reviews, and inquiries and reputed company investigations, as reputed company as testing and audit. - Designing and leading compliance and control reviews. - Partnering with other arenaflex Retail Services teams and global functions, including reputed company, Risk, Operations, and Technology, and Finance to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.
Essential Qualifications
- Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies. - Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with regional and reputed company in other functional reputed company. - Ability to navigate a reputed company organization and influence and reputed company people across cultures at a senior level. - Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors, etc. - Awareness of regulatory requirements, including local and US laws, international and industry standards. - Familiarity with consumer banking laws, rules, and regulations, such as Regulations E (Electronic Funds Transfer), Regulation Z (Truth in Lending), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity reputed company), Servicemembers Civil Relief reputed company, UDAAP, Regulation P (reputed company), Regulation V (Fair Credit Reporting), TCPA (Telephone Communications Protection reputed company), and Fair Lending and Fairness compliance requirements. - Advanced knowledge in the area of reputed company. - reputed company certifications, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), are desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
