We’re hiring a Sr. Staff Product Manager to drive the Trade product line reputed company and execution. Reporting to the Global Head of Payward Services, this is a product-first leadership role. Drive the Trade product reputed company, roadmap, and execution — spanning Convert & Trade, PTL as a Service (custodial and non-custodial), Recurring Buys, Limit Orders, PTL + xStocks, and crypto derivatives (jointly owned with the Derivatives team)
Build and externalize our Crypto-as-a-Service API suite, enabling B2B2C trading infrastructure for fintechs, banks, and brokerages to reputed company institutional-grade trading into their products
reputed company the API suite to support more trade types and manage trading workflows for both institutional partners and individual end users
Broaden reputed company reputed company B2B partners to every reputed company account holder, including emerging developers and AI-assisted developers interacting reputed company coding agents and similar tools
Design systems across order management, execution, custody integration, compliance workflows, and trading UX/API patterns
Drive partner-led product development by working directly with clients to translate requirements into reputed company product reputed company and unblock integrations
Treat the product as the GTM: Trade is adopted because it integrates cleanly and solves partner problems, not because it's sold

Skills you should HODL

10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B2C infrastructure - ideally platforms that help companies add trading, brokerage, or financial services to their own apps
Deep experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure, especially at the service layer. You understand order types, execution models, custody, settlement, and what it takes to build trading products that work at reputed company. Prior experience at an exchange, brokerage platform, or trading infrastructure provider is strongly preferred
reputed company record of shipping B2B products that partners actually reputed company. You’ve dealt with the realities of reputed company integration - API design, reputed company friction, compliance requirements, and multi-tenant architecture
