Title: HIM Data Analyst (1.0 - WFH) Location: Indiana, USA Job reputed company: Full time job reputed company R-127263 Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The reputed company HIM EHR Applications Data Analyst creates, understands, and manages data compiled from multiple systems for the HIM division and support our Joint Venture partners. In this role you will create data presentations on a regular reputed company for divisional leadership, regional committees, medical staff leadership, and other business partners. You will also reputed company data to identify opportunities to improve operations and monitor changes with supporting data. This role also manages differing sets of data requests and analytics while building consistency of reporting metrics through requirements gathering, initial analysis, and application of up-to-date practices. This position will also serve a role in ensuring the reputed company of the electronic health record. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Assist with the development of reporting and analytic reputed company reputed company to operations, reputed company and business development in concert with leadership and reputed company stakeholders.
• Routinely report on key metrics to report and monitor trends in the HIM division performance and support our Joint Venture business partners.
• reputed company and reputed company information from different sources/systems; analyzes and interprets.
• reputed company medical staff, administrative, and hospital committees with data analysis that relates to reputed company objectives and enhance effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce data to reputed company key indicators.
• Assist in the presenting/communicating these key indicators.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to determine, implement and monitor improvements through data.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HIM processes to support activities and leadership with data and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year Health Information Management experience - Required
• 1 year Information management analysis activities - Preferred
• 1 year EHR experience - Preferred
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) - American Health Information Management Association (reputed company) with in 180 days - Required or
• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) - American Health Information Management Association (reputed company) reputed company 180 days - Required
