- We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with a strong background in reputed company data to support data visualization and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Tableau, a solid understanding of HL7 standards, HIPAA compliance, and preferably prior exposure to state government or public sector reputed company if possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server 2019 ). Significant experience building reputed company SQL queries at the reputed company line using SQL for the purposes of comparative data analysis.
- Expert level knowledge in HL7 messaging standards and how they are represented and used in reporting.
- Experience cleansing raw datasets
- Extensive experience in designing and building 3rd Normal reputed company data structures in Sqlserver
- Creating new and modifying reports in Tableau
- Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and secure handling of reputed company data/PHI.
- Experience working with project teams in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Experience working with or supporting state agencies or reputed company/health insurance organizations is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
