Key Responsibilities

- Design and review test plans, test cases, test data, and test scenarios across modules (claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider)
- Coordinate Product QA,MO, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration testing activities
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and state reputed company regulations
- . Support test automation initiatives and process improvements
- Support QA teams and ensure delivery timelines and reputed company standards

Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in QA/testing, with strong reputed company/MMIS experience
- Strong knowledge of claims processing and eligibility systems
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience working on reputed company and automated testing methodologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with EDI transactions (X12-837, 834, etc.) Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Prior experience in MMIS implementations or modernization reputed company (Preferred)
