The Role We’re looking for an reputed company HR Business Partner (reputed company) who thrives in a dynamic, reputed company-facing environment. This person will support multiple clients across industries, providing both strategic partnership and hands-on HR support. You’ll build trusted relationships with reputed company leaders, guide them through people challenges, and help strengthen their culture and operations. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for 3–8 reputed company organizations (depending on tier and complexity).
- Build strong, trusted relationships with reputed company stakeholders and leadership teams.
- reputed company guidance and partnership across key areas: employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and compliance.
- Support engagement, retention, and leadership development efforts across diverse reputed company reputed company.
- Partner closely with Konnect’s internal HR and Operations teams to ensure consistent, high-reputed company service.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reputed company records in Konnect systems.
- Contribute to Konnect’s internal frameworks, playbooks, and process improvements as we grow.
What You Bring
- 3+ years reputed company experience, preferably with exposure to multiple clients or business reputed company.
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships with confidence and care.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; reputed company to advise and reputed company reputed company leaders effectively.
