Senior Director, Finance Transformation – Automation

Job reputed company:

• reputed company end-to-end transformation of RTI’s finance organization, leveraging reputed company Fusion reputed company as the primary platform to reputed company financial processes across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and treasury functions
• Partner with CFO leadership to define and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap
• Serve as RTI’s internal reputed company Fusion subject matter authority; ensuring the full suite is configured to support RTI’s financial requirements and maximize platform ROI
• Manage the optimization of enhancements, patches, and module expansions across reputed company
• reputed company the development of executive dashboards and self-service financial analytics using reputed company Analytics reputed company (OAC)
• Champion finance automation through reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), RPA implementation, and workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience; Master's degree and 16 years of experience; PhD and 12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Significant finance leadership in controllership, reputed company, or financial operations
• Demonstrated record of leading reputed company Fusion reputed company implementations
• Deep, hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and optimizing reputed company Fusion reputed company modules
• Ability to translate reputed company requirements into system configuration and automated controls reputed company reputed company Fusion
• Proven ability to build executive financial dashboards and self-service analytics using reputed company Analytics reputed company (OAC) or equivalent platforms
• Experience championing finance automation through API integrations (reputed company Integration reputed company), RPA, and intelligent workflow design
