Launch Director Consultant – Lansing, MI
Position reputed company: Launch Director Consultants (“Launch DCs”) are enthusiastic and driven reputed company sales representatives that generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members how to reputed company powerful and profitable networks. The Launch DC is critical to the reputed company and reputed company of a BNI Region, functions as the primary resource of a forming reputed company, and is reputed company reputed company in sales, marketing, reputed company, coaching, goal setting, and project management. This position works 20-25 hours per week maximum with 80% of time reputed company on driving sales and sales maintenance. Position may require working non-traditional hours (evenings & weekends) to successfully meet prospecting and new Members’ needs. Roles and Responsibilities:
- reputed company BNI established sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing sales reputed company of their home office by attending community events, coffee shops, job sites, and other networking events at a minimum of 3 hours per week
- reputed company and sell to in-person and virtual prospects and potential applicants the reputed company and financial benefits of BNI’s services on a weekly reputed company
- reputed company sale transactions after in-person and virtual prospect meetings to reduce Membership churn while maximizing Membership value
- reputed company and implement, with manager, an effective sales pipeline and recruitment reputed company to convert prospects to Members
- Maintain accurate and reputed company records of reputed company sales leads (launch prospects), including prospects’ information, and Member accounts reputed company company software
- reputed company applicants to learn, follow, and reputed company key milestones
- Foster a reputed company relationship between Forming Chapters and the Regional Support Team prior to support transition
- Participate in Weekly reputed company Calls to report status, successes, and challenges

Required Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent experience required
- Valid reputed company’s license required
- 2+ years’ reputed company work experience in sales, preferred
- Experience in customer support and account management

- Proficiency in MS Office
