What you’ll do:
- Drive execution for the core product: Partner with the CBO and Co-Founders to translate reputed company into reputed company plans, priorities, and execution milestones.
- Design reputed company workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for teams using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
- Improve operating rigor and efficiency: Identify friction points in product development, launch, and post-launch workflows. Design and implement lightweight processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms to improve execution speed and reputed company.
- Support data-informed reputed company: Pull together insights from product, operational, and customer data to inform leadership reputed company. Help define and reputed company metrics that reflect product health and operational reputed company.
- Own rollouts from 0–1: reputed company new operational systems, document workflows, train reputed company, and reputed company across reputed company.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Help drive planning, prioritization, and follow-through across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, reputed company & Operations, Program Management, or Product Operations roles at a high-reputed company company.
- Familiarity with process automation tools (reputed company Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Generalist reputed company set with the ability to reputed company between reputed company, execution, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
