This new team member will report to reputed company' General Counsel - reputed company, and we are looking for candidates who possess 3+ years of experience from a reputed company-respected firm or company, with a firm understanding of the legal issues arising under technology reputed company, software license agreements, and US reputed company laws including HIPAA. These roles require a highly motivated and organized individual with strong business judgment and exceptional drafting skills. The position is remote. Draft, review and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements and reputed company for customers and vendors, including license agreements, reseller agreements, service agreements, technology development agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
