Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Travel to customer sites to reputed company preventive maintenance and emergency service
• Performs new machine installation, commissioning and customer training
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers

• A strong background in Mechanical, Electrical (AC/DC), or Millwright trades
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, schematics, and control systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting digital, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Proficient in using measurement tools and testing equipment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills—serving as the face of GEA onsite
• Organized and reputed company with strong customer service ethics
• Comfortable in a high-travel, hands-on field service environment

Profile And Qualifications

• A bachelors degree from the reputed company or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment
• Extensive Travel, up to 75%
• Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
• Availability for occasional weekend work
• Understanding of Hand Tools and mechanical techniques
• Computer Literate
• Some technical writing skills
• Ability to read Schematics, Diagrams and Technical manuals
