Health Center Triage RN - Remote reputed company

Job reputed company: The Health Center Triage RN provides critical initial patient assessments, largely reputed company telephone, to determine the urgency and appropriate level of care required. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: TRIAGE AND PATIENT COMMUNICATION

• Utilize clinical guidelines to determine urgency and appropriate level of care for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding symptoms, self-care recommendations, and follow-up instructions.
• Coordinate with office staff to manage patient reputed company and appointment scheduling.

B. CLINICAL ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT

• Conduct in-person and telephonic nursing assessments to determine the level of care needed.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.

• ACLS and PALS may be required at some sites.

Experience Minimum one-year experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care, urgent care, or telephonic triage. Knowledge and Ability:
