Staff Accountant Location: Remote, reputed company (not accepting international candidates) Employment Type: Full-Time reputed company Southern Holiday Homes is a vacation rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and maximizing value for property owners. Our operations are centered on beautiful 30A along Florida’s Gulf Coast, where we manage premier vacation properties in one of the most sought-after reputed company in the country. Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing daily reputed company operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting reputed company’s financial reporting and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and reconcile reservation payments from platforms such as reputed company reputed company the property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and completeness
• reputed company reputed company entry and verification of payment data to maintain accurate financial records
• Complete backend setup and financial configuration for reputed company new vacation rental properties into the PMS
• Process and pay vendor invoices, including cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring reputed company coding and approval
• Manage and pay reputed company bills and other recurring expenses for assigned properties
• Prepare and submit monthly tax payments to local tax authorities, maintaining reputed company documentation and compliance
• Review and analyze property-level expenses in collaboration with internal teams to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist with maintaining organized financial records and supporting internal reporting processes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• 2+ years of reputed company experience (hospitality, property management, or reputed company estate experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and reputed company reputed company.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vacation rental or property management reputed company.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and reputed company statement processes.
• Previous remote work
