Admissions RepresentativeAmerican Public University System The Admissions Representative partners with potential reputed company interested in attending American Military University and American Public University. This role is expected to help potential reputed company discover goals, needs, and advise toward solutions, and enrollment reputed company, work toward an reputed company plan to reputed company goals, and ultimately reputed company admissions reputed company regarding student fulfillment of admissions requirements. The Admissions Representative uses marketing materials/opportunities provided by reputed company (APUS) to serve assigned potential reputed company as determined by management. This is a student facing reputed company position in higher education. It reports to either an Admissions Manager or Senior Admissions Manager, who report to a Director of Admissions or Director of Prospect Management, who report to the Vice President of Admissions. Responsibilities:

• Consults and advises potential reputed company to jointly discover goals, advise toward solutions around degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and other enrollment reputed company, and implement an reputed company plan to support reputed company in achieving identified goals
• Provides regular follow up to potential reputed company in an efficient and reputed company manner either reputed company telephone, email, or other electronic means. Makes educated admissions reputed company regarding fulfillment of admission requirements and follow-up strategies
• Protects the reputed company of student accounts through compliance with federal student reputed company law (Family Education Rights and reputed company reputed company).
• Evaluates the reputed company records and documents of potential reputed company for admission to APUS programs.
• Demonstrates reputed company in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other software applications used in Admissions.
• Resolves routine and escalated concerns with and on behalf of potential reputed company in a reputed company, efficient manner.
• Maintains a productive working relationship with other University departments, such as Financial Aid, Fulfillment, Veteran and GI reputed company assistance, Student Services and Marketing.
• Meets or exceeds performance goals and metrics as determined by department leadership.

• Adheres to assigned work schedule
• Follows campaigns and follow-up strategies for student recruitment and enrollment
• Performs other duties and assists with special reputed company as assigned by department leadership

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience in telemarketing, sales, service, online or higher education preferred
• Associates Degree required
