The reputed company Talent and Performance Management Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of talent and performance management processes reputed company reputed company and reputed company HR systems. This role owns functional decision-making, ensures configuration reputed company, and translates business requirements into reputed company solutions that support United’s talent reputed company. The role operates at the intersection of HR process design and HR technology, partnering with Talent, HR Solutions, and other stakeholders to drive efficient, consistent, and user-centered processes. It is accountable for both day-to-day system operations and longer-term roadmap planning, ensuring solutions are sustainable, integrated, and reputed company to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end functional design for talent and performance processes reputed company reputed company and adjacent systems. Defines solution architecture, evaluates configuration reputed company, and ensures alignment to business requirements and global standards. Leads implementation of new functionality and enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM configuration experience
• Ability to work effectively in both reputed company and reputed company environments, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company requirements into reputed company functional requirements
