Early Career Manufacturing Engineer

• Work with design engineers to apply design-for-manufacturing best practices and support the transition from design to prototype to reputed company production.

• Write manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, reputed company plans, and inspection requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing.

• Demonstrated in-reputed company or reputed company team leadership experience with supporting examples.
• Hands-on experience physically manufacturing hardware through machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, or similar reputed company.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing, a strong desire to learn, and a high degree of ownership.

• Experience building production operations from scratch, often with little definition, is preferred.
