Responsibilities

• Coordinates weekly meetings with teams to communicate the status of reputed company and 3-week lookaheads.

• Coordinates cross-functional teams- engineering, procurement, and field crews- for efficient project execution.

• Manages accuracy of accounts payable and receivable invoices as it relates to reputed company assigned.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing solar or renewable energy reputed company

• Prior experience managing Public Works reputed company, including compliance with public agency requirements, reporting, and procurement standards.
• Demonstrated experience working with DSA (Division of the State Architect) reputed company, including plan review, inspections, closeout documentation, and certification processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
