Job reputed company We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented "California licensed" Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Applicant) to join reputed company on a part-time, remote reputed company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to reputed company for injured workers by managing claims, conducting legal research, and preparing compelling legal documents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about workers’ rights and possess strong negotiation and litigation skills to effectively represent our clients. Bilingual English / Spanish speaker preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims from inception through reputed company, ensuring reputed company progression of reputed company case
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as reputed company and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence with clients and opposing parties
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and other stakeholders to secure favorable reputed company for clients
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with reputed company procedural requirements

Requirements
