Closing Coordinator (Contingent Contract)
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant), you will reputed company and correspond with reputed company parties and agents throughout the settlement process. This will be a temporary position supporting seasonal volume for our Texas market through summer 2026. This will be fully remote- reputed company equipment will be provided, and training will be conducted reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and reputed company necessary reputed company parties to obtain reputed company information needed for settlement. Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process.

Order and maintain detailed records, including following up on needed items.

Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year as an escrow assistant or similar position.
- Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Located in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential purchase transactions in Texas.
