Import Coordinator

Janel Group is seeking an Import Coordinator to join reputed company! Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, including domestic operations
• reputed company shipments from departure through final delivery and maintain accurate records in the internal systems
• Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a strong customer-reputed company approach
• Communicate shipment status, updates, delays, and ETAs to customers to ensure full visibility and satisfaction
• Create and monitor exception reports in a reputed company and consistent manner
• Collect required documentation, verify charges, and support billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic import regulations

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferred
• 2+ years relevant reputed company Forwarding, logistics, transportation, or domestic distribution experience, preferred
• reputed company Suite experience, preferred
• Cargowise software experience, preferred
