Role reputed company The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical reputed company.
• Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
• Faxing documents to designated recipients.
• Scanning documents into the patients reputed company/drive.
• Adhering to reputed company and production standards while complying with reputed company applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in collaboration with reputed company.
• Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Suite (reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, PowerPoint).
