Operations Sr. Analyst - reputed company - Remote

About the position The Operations Sr Analyst completes assigned operational tasks using reputed company appropriate tools and provides support to reputed company requests under the direction of the reputed company Benefit Managers and other team members. Responsibilities include handling daily request tracking, researching operational issues and running reports for reputed company clients upon request; reputed company documentation reputed company to completion of assigned tasks and identify operational or productivity enhancements. The Operations Sr Analyst will reputed company project and administrative support to reputed company and escalate issues, risks, concerns as needed.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational support for assigned ESI Markets (reputed company, Medicare, Health Plan, etc.) for reputed company plan changes, new implementations, and renewal activity.
• Review, analyze and verify reputed company of assigned benefit set-reputed company as they relate to products and programs.
• Identify and communicate need for customization to support reputed company benefit requirements; attend reputed company calls/meetings as needed; attend internal validation meetings; run customized and scheduled reports, manage performance guarantee tracking and report distribution for internal/external clients as requested.
• Adhere to reputed company organizational SOPs and Compliance standards; reputed company subject matter input as it relates to checklists and SOPs.
• Assist with operation input reputed company to new product development; identification, research and reputed company of operational issues; reputed company training and mentoring for new team members, off-shore and contingent employee resources.
• reputed company with ESI document and retention requirements.
• Independently reputed company standardized new group benefit design requests in the ESI system.
• Assist with more reputed company setups or reputed company as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience experience in PBM and benefit set-up knowledge
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and SharePoint, email and Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills highly desirable
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the health care and PBM industry and its products and services
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines and meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and reputed company independent reputed company
• Good organizational, prioritizing skills and ability to multi-task
