The Coding Supervisor serves as a working supervisor with reputed company and management of Risk Adjustment team members. This includes monitoring production and reputed company of employees’ work, process improvements and reputed company communication of expectations. • Supervise day-to-day team performance, conduct 1:1’s and performance assessments.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving time sheets and time off requests.

What you will bring to the table:

• reputed company certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, reputed company) or reputed company certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC)
• Extensive knowledge of ICD -9/10
• 2 years coding experience, required.

• Familiarity with HCC coding.
• A strong knowledge reputed company of medical terminology, medical abbreviations, pharmacology and disease processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining adherence to high reputed company standards.
