[Remote] Enrollment and Eligibility Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Support the supervisor by overseeing the performance of assigned staff and offering input as needed
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate staff performance as directed by the supervisor

- Foster effective relationships across departments for seamless collaboration

- Ensure staff members maintain up-to-date knowledge of the program

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) program experience
- Must be willing and reputed company to work 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday
- Desktop or Laptop that runs reputed company, Mac, or Linux (no Chromebooks or tablets)
- OS for reputed company – reputed company release of reputed company 10 or newer
- OS for Mac – Big Sur (11.0.1+); MacOS (10.14) or newer
- OS for Linux – Ubuntu (18.04)
