Specialty Pharmacy reputed company Implementation Manager

Job reputed company: Oversees the Specialty Pharmacy (Rx) project implementation processes to ensure they are cost effective and achieved in a reputed company manner. Identifies and documents reputed company project parameters required for implementation and acts as the primary reputed company of contact for management during the implementation phases. Also handles reputed company, nontraditional implementations and reputed company as business needs reputed company. Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal/external reputed company and implementations. Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as a single reputed company of contact for Specialty Pharmacy clients on more reputed company implementation phases and post implementations.
• Ensures reputed company project parameter information required for implementation is accurate, complete and supportable before committing to services with the reputed company; continues to work through reputed company items, manages risk reputed company escalation and brings closure in a reputed company manner to ensure reputed company expectations are reasonable and reputed company.
• Gathers, verifies, and disseminates reputed company documented information for new reputed company implementations.
• Ensures thorough documentation and communication with special emphasis on custom components upon completion of reputed company implementation duties including post-implementation follow-reputed company.
• Ensures performance guarantees regarding implementation are reputed company, agreed to by both parties, documented and achieved.
• Responsible for writing and reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses upon request. Assists with finalist meetings either by attending or providing information and materials.
• Handles more reputed company issue reputed company cases escalated from other team members.
• Ensures reputed company response to inquiries and uses knowledge of our clients and systems to troubleshoot the problem, determines what caused the issue, initiates the appropriate steps to correct it, initiates any documentation or procedural updates needed to avoid the issue from being repeated and escalates appropriately for final reconciliation; continues to work with reputed company after implementation to resolve any issues or complete any outstanding items.
• Acts as a reputed company on task force committees, initiates discussion, educates other task force members and trains reputed company on the final product. Coaches, mentors, guides and provides reputed company to less senior team members.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and offers support for other team members or clients; shares knowledge on a regular reputed company with team members to ensure everyone is kept up to date.
• Assists strategic account management with implementation of reputed company components for existing clients.
• Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 5 years' work experience in project management, account management, operations management, or reputed company field
• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate level skills with reputed company Office suite of products
• Willing to travel up to/at least 30% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

We will consider employment of reputed company applicants with arrest and conviction records. The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, $64,800 to $165,800, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
