About the Job

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle customer requests and feedback reputed company phone and email through reputed company, providing accurate, quick, and reputed company assistance. Shift and Hours

* Shift: Monday-Friday

• Hours: 9am-5pm (with the reputed company to work a reputed company for candidates who live near our global reputed company in Chicago)

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer calls, tickets, and chats regarding product problems, service questions, and general reputed company concerns

• Consistently remain up-to-date on product knowledge and work collaboratively with management and other teams to stay informed of any changes in company policies
• Know reputed company to escalate more in-depth issues to the Tier 2 team

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
