Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

You'll work closely with our claims inquiry and claims research team to reputed company high-volume inbound provider calls and extensive claims research on multiple platforms. Your goal will be to reputed company and assist providers on our self-service reputed company, assist with credentialing and re-credentialing, and process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, reputed company reviews, complaints, and appeals.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To live in the state of Oklahoma full-time

* Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
* Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
