Job reputed company

As a Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing, and often times unexpected, medical bills.
• Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on reputed company payment plans, and taking payments by phone.
• Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems throughout reputed company day.
• Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team reputed company.
• Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training.

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100-$400
