Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
• Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer

Work Schedule

As a work-from-home Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work a reputed company Monday-to-Friday schedule, with rotating Saturdays with your team. Your hours will be:

• Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST
• Rotating Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST
