As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers reputed company phone, chat, and e-books. You will work with a reputed company of clients, including some of the coolest brands in the world, such as the NFL, Vimeo, and Topps. Our ideal candidate is a customer support enthusiast with a strong ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and reputed company solutions to issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems for web and mobile apps
- Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications

Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment
