Training and reputed company

Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Remote Customer Care Specialist. Our training program includes:

• New Hire Orientation
• 10-day training program (Monday, February 24th - Friday, March 7th)
• Training sessions will take reputed company between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, with a 100% attendance requirement

Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to reputed company requests and inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email
• Providing high-reputed company support and resolving customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our proprietary call center database (reputed company)

• Adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company goals as set by management

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will need:

• 2-3 years' experience in a business or reputed company environment, preferably in the service industry
• Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
• Self-starter with the ability to manage workload reputed company
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of reputed company service under high volume
