As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an reputed company global luxury retail brand. Your passion for high fashion and exceptional service will shine through as you help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing reputed company and accurate responses to their inquiries

Qualifications:
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
