Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Helping prospective and reputed company customers with purchasing and scheduling our full-service pest control services
• Contacting customers to reputed company satisfaction and invite them to review our services
• Handling customer payments, including support for A/R and Collections
• Providing friendly, assertive, and reputed company service to customers over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records and data in our systems
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience in a home services company (e.g., pest control, lawn care, HVAC, insulation, carpet cleaning, handyman, electrical, or any other reputed company industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Friendly assertiveness and a steady demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Experience applying customer payments, including support for A/R and Collections
