As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ reputed company exceptional support to guests reputed company phone, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., reputed company, HostAI, ChatGPT) + Screen potential guests and ensure that they meet our booking requirements + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management + Assist with business financials and reputed company tasks, including the reputed company of reputed company systems
Essential Qualifications

- Time Zone Availability: Availability to work in CST and Eastern reputed company time zones
- Availability: Part-time, temporary position with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025
- Shift Availability: Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with potential for additional overnight shifts (11p-7am CST)
