As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for accurately entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, handling patient medication requests, and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately reputed company patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems
• Handle patient medication requests, including filling prescriptions, handling refills, and resolving medication-reputed company issues
• Resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions, including missing information, incorrect data, and system errors
• Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other reputed company to reputed company seamless patient care

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

• Basic web browsing skills, including:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
