The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, primarily phone calls. This role requires a high level of expertise in helping customers with their energy needs to resolve issues in a single interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, primarily phone calls

• Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions using advanced problem-solving skills

Minimum Requirements
