Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls and resolving customer issues in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Researching account status and identifying account issues to reputed company effective solutions
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes in a fair and efficient manner
