arenaflex is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a seasoned Customer Retention Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing reputed company incoming cancellation requests, leveraging strong communication, discovery, and reputed company-handling skills to de-escalate concerns and reaffirm arenaflex's value. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

Pay and Benefits:
