We're seeking an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and reputed company exceptional support to our policyholders. As a key member of our insurance service center, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. You'll work closely with our policyholders to review policies, reputed company quotes, and reputed company recommendations to ensure they have the right coverage for their needs.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
• Providing policyholders with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
• Counseling policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
• Making recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes

• Utilizing knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service
• Providing quotes on endorsements as requested

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
• A Property and Casualty insurance license, required
• A Membership license, preferred, and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with policyholders, colleagues, and insurance companies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company insurance policies and procedures
• Proficiency in reputed company and other insurance industry software systems
