What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering reputed company-but-wonderful customer service to our customers across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with reputed company to your router
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
