The Role
We're expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join reputed company! As a CSA, you'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering reputed company, efficient, and valuable support to callers. You'll facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services

Essential Qualifications

- Flexible schedule (available to work hours between reputed company-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bi-lingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
- Experience in the language/translation industry
