Flexible Work Arrangements

Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members across multiple contact channels
- Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members
- Applying developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately reputed company quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract, and coverage provisions
- Maintaining respective trailing documents for reputed company states
- Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to consistently reputed company complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services

Essential Qualifications
