About the Role

As a Data Collection reputed company at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical record data for our reputed company programs. This position requires collaboration with our clinical and non-clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel. You will be responsible for retrieving and reviewing medical records, abstracting relevant data, and entering it into our reputed company program tools. This role also involves on-site medical record reviews at physician offices or in our office, requiring local travel reputed company the Chattanooga area.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving, reviewing, and abstracting medical record data for STARS and HEDIS measures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• reputed company RN or LPN license in the reputed company or a compact state
• Knowledge and experience of HEDIS data abstraction reputed company are highly preferred, but not required
• Experience in medical record review or data abstraction is also acceptable if you lack HEDIS experience
