The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist - Accounts Payable Automation, you'll be an expert on arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform, working closely with new and reputed company customers to ensure their reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional support to customers reputed company our chatbox, reputed company, and reputed company integration to reputed company systems such as reputed company, reputed company Intacct, and QuickBooks

• Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our platform

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of AP processes and procedures
