Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Self-Pay Collector, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from patients and providers to arrange debt repayment based on their financial situation and reputed company repayment guidelines.
• Utilizing HIPAA and TCPA talk-offs on reputed company call to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring reputed company required statements have been reputed company on accounts and requesting statements as necessary.
• Properly handling patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting disputes on accounts, and escalating to the supervisor as necessary.
• Assisting in making outbound calls reputed company necessary.
• Performing other activities and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including:

• Four days: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)
• One day: 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

• 2 weeks of intensive training, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)

Salary and Other Compensation
